Grilled Nectarines and Cream

Grilled nectarines and cream, the perfect addition to a summer’s day. If you are hosting this dish goes the extra mile with minimal effort.

The recipe:
1. Simply cut 2 nectarines and sprinkle with cinnamon whilst heating some coconut oil in a griddle pan.
2. Add the nectarines to a low heat and fry for around 8 minutes checking that they are not burning.
3. Add some kefir/plant-based yoghurt/ Greek yoghurt to a serving bowl.
4. Add the nectarines, some chopped cherries and some chopped or flaked almonds.
5. Enjoy! 🍑
