Hello my name is Sasha Parkin and I am a registered (mBANT, CNHC) Nutritional Therapist based in Brighton, Sussex. I have worked in the Nutrition industry at supplement company Wild Nutrition for five years and I am passionate about helping women feel their best.

Modern-day living has made food complicated, but this doesn’t have to be the case.
My role as a Nutritional Therapist is to provide practical and evidence-based advice to demystify personalised nutrition. And to arm you with tools, so that you can feel comfortable making the right choices that will have you feeling your best.
I believe balanced and achieveable goals allow for an effective long term approach to change.

Location: My practice is currently online. However, if you are local to Brighton & Hove, I also offer home visits.
15 minute discovery call – Free
I offer a free call via zoom or telephone before booking in so that I can understand what you are looking to achieve through Nutritional Therapy and to give you an idea of how we might be able to work together in achieving those goals.
Initial Consultation £100 – 60-90 minutes
Pre-consultation I will send you a 5-day food diary which I will study before our session.
During an initial consultation, we will have a detailed discussion about your past and present health, your current dietary picture and any current blood test results. This allows us to work together to build a clear picture of any current symptoms, as well as understanding what you are looking to achieve during our time together.
Post-consultation I will send you a thorough and considered plan with recommendations around your dietary choices as well as any lifestyle or supplement recommendations where necessary. This plan will include nourishing recipes, educational guides and food-shop direction which can empower you until our next meeting.
Follow-up Consultation £50 – 30-40 minutes
Pre-consultation I will send you a 3-day food diary which I will study before our session.
During the follow-up consultation 4-6 weeks after our initial meeting, we will asses your progression, as well as discussing your successes and further exploring how we can enhance your food choices to meet your goals.
Post-consultation, a revised plan will be issued and we will discuss next steps. This will include all new recipies and educational guides where needed.
The number of follow up consultations, will be assessed on a case by case basis, dependent on your individual requirements and requests. This will be discussed as part of your initial consultation.
